....am I allowed to say that on this site? Well, given that the Cards just LOST to the Cubbies today, I think I'm allowed a little slip. Man oh man, going into the weekend we were 1/2 game out and now? Talk about a slap in the face!
HI! I'm Anissa's sister and she has graciously let me post alongside with her. I live in the Washington DC area. Anissa and I tend to "watch" Cards games together over the phone. During the playoff games last year, we had a rule that we wouldn't talk during the game. (for fear of jinxing...trust us, we did it once!) Needless to say, there were alot of LATE NIGHTS last year. But thankfully, not large phone bills. (thanks for being IN the network 'Nissa!). So, you'll have to put up with both of us talking some baseball. I hope you enjoy!

DO NOT GET ME STARTED! OMG....First we are swept by the Diamondbacks and then the Cubs opened up a can of whoop ass today! Whew...that was hard to watch at work. And we've got Mulder pitching tomorrow. I hope he throws better than he did his last time up.
For the record....while Harry Caray is best known for his days with the Cubs, he did announce for STL a little bit.
